Bear Flag Fish Company is looking for team members who have a genuine interest in seafood and want to grow in the craft of sushi! Attention to detail, cleanliness, and pride in the product are essential. As a Sushi Roller, you’ll be responsible for preparing and rolling sushi in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. What You’ll Do

Prepare and roll sushi items according to company standards

Maintain consistency in presentation, portioning, and quality

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with prep including cutting ingredients and portioning fish

Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service
