Our goal is ambitious: growing our revenue from 7 figures to 9 within the next 5-7 years. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to join us on this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Lead a marketing team with a clear vision and innovative approach.
• Oversee and provide strategic direction for social media campaigns, promotions, email marketing, SEO, advertising, web and print design, product development strategy, and photoshoots.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.
• Drive expansion efforts into new markets while strengthening our presence in existing ones.

Ideal Candidate:

• Deep understanding of Jewish and Orthodox Jewish communities, with sensitivity to various cultural traditions and customs. Please be sure to acknowledge this detail in your cover letter.
• Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a marketing team.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
• Marketing or Business Management degree preferred, but exceptional talent and experience are highly valued.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach.

Requirements:

• Willingness to spend the first 9-12 months working on-site to immerse in the company culture and operations.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, as our business thrives during these times.
• Ability to travel as needed for market expansion and other business needs.
