    Job Position Description:

    We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage one or more business segments at our store located at the Stone Oak area in San Antonio, TX. Individuals should lead by example by running day-to-day operations and overseeing our team members. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a part of something special where you will have the opportunity to connect with our amazing customers and impact our growing business.

    Responsibilities:

    Managers will establish local restaurant marketing plan and implementing plan using restaurant resources and marketing budget.

    Assisting the restaurant in optimizing profit, controlling cost of goods, labor, comps and controllables using the Profit & Loss statement

    Enforcing sanitation standards & procedures.

    Establishing par levels for supplies and equipment

    Monitoring and maintaining proper inventory levels

    Authorizing purchase orders for supplies and equipment within budget.

    Working closely with the Facilities Team to ensure proper functions while immediately communicating any concerns

    Maintaining meeting and reporting requirements, including relationships with location managers, District Managers, Corporate Managers and Vice President of Operations, and others as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Excellent individual and group communication skills.

    3-5 years in management positions.

    High School Diploma or GED required.

    TABC and SafeServ certified.

    Able to use MS Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
