Responsibilities: We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to be our next Marketing Coordinator/Assistant. What would a Marketing Coordinator/Assistant do? • Marketing coordinators/assistants are integral members of our firm who are responsible for marketing the firm's legal services in order to generate leads • Marketing coordinators/assistants develop marketing plans with strategies and tactics (both short and long-range) to ensure that the firm reaches or exceeds revenue targets deals with clients regularly and engages in case management • Marketing coordinators/assistants plan and oversee the organization's CRM systems, advertising and promotion activities including print, radio, TV, online, and direct mail tactics • Marketing coordinators/assistants evaluate results to ensure moving swiftly in relation to marketing challenges and opportunities to be certain that revenue targets are reached or exceeded Qualifications: • Must be fluent in English and Spanish • Must have a B. A. degree with a major in business, marketing, advertising, or communications preferred. An MBA is a plus. A strong track record with or without a degree is essential • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in marketing, but need not be in a law firm. A college degree can be a substitute for one (1) year of marketing work experience • Knowledge of the legal industry is preferred • Experience with using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other marketing/graphic design programs
