    WHAT ** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

    The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for providing support for the sales team. This involves helping the sales team create and deliver our clients proposals, presentations, and other support. This role will also help keep the team organized and up to date on industry trends. All roles at SSC will demonstrate our core values of Passion (for sustainability), Integrity, Respect, and Resourcefulness.

    What you can expect in the role:

    • Assist account managers in the preparation of proposals, contracts and RFP/RFI (request for proposal/request for information).
    • Assist in sales presentation preparation and provides logistic support.
    • Attend client meetings, take meeting minutes, summarize key takeaways, and track action items.
    • Research account, opportunity, and client information. Review industry publications and notices.
    • Keeping up to date on [MW1] company capabilities, technology advancements, and industry trends.
    • Create and maintain databases, templates, procedures, and file structures.
    • Maintain internal product and pricing lists.
    • Provide sales and administrative support for the leadership team.
    • Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications, as well as research efficiencies.
    • Support Sales and Operations Team in execution of vendor registration. Work cross functionally with Finance and Marketing, purchase orders, subcontractor coordination, other miscellaneous support.
    • Ability to communicate directly with client.
    • Update account and opportunity information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and provide reports from CRM system.
    • Ad hoc projects as needed.

    What we are looking for:

    • 2+ years in administrative or sales position, experience in technical sales is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience.
    • Exceptional Organizational skills.
    • Highly proficient computer skills -applicant should be comfortable and skilled in working with programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up.
    • Strong reading, writing, and editing skills.
    • Critical thinker.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Excellent research and analysis skills, with the ability to convey findings effectively and concisely.
    • Use of Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) is required.
      • Experience with Zoho is a plus
    • Strong time management practices.
    • Applicant should be adaptable and able to grasp new concepts and procedures quickly.

    • This is a remote position with occasional work travel and on-site collaborative meetings as needed.

    What you will be paid:

    • The compensation band for this role his role starts at $ 50k /year base salary. Your salary can fluctuate based on experience.
    • This role participates in annual profit sharing
