Job Description

We are an independent insurance agency seeking an ambitious person to join our team. We are looking for a personal lines customer service and sales person. In this position you will enhance client relationships, resolve issues, assist clients with billings, claims, endorsements, cross sell to existing clients and sell to new clients.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years personal lines insurance experience
• Friendly and outgoing, enjoys talking to people
• Excellent writing skills
• Motivated, high energy, self-starter
• Wants to continually learn and grow within the company
• Someone that wants a long term career

Desired but not required:

• Working knowledge of AMS360
• Working knowledge of PL Rater
• Ability to maintain our social media

Salary commensurate with experience.
