SUTTLE AND KING IS EXPERIENCING GROWTH IN OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WHICH HAS CREATED AN OPENING FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL - CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE WITH EXPERIENCE IN COMMUNICATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HOSPITALITY. THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE NETWORKING WITH BUSINESS OWNERS IN COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS, INVOLVING ONE ON ONE SALES BASED INTERACTION.

DUTIES:

• Active listening skills and effective communication strategies
• How to identify and defuse challenging customer behavior
• An awareness of the core processes and best practices used in service and support
• Critical thinking skills to close sales quickly and consistently

SKILLS:

• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers
• Demonstrates a positive and energetic attitude
• A team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven track record of success in work, school, clubs or extracurricular activities
• Ability to communicate with multiple groups; peers, company personnel and potential customers
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
