Seeking candidates for a Business Analyst career opportunity with our healthcare client in Anaheim, CA.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and managing processes and projects for Revenue Cycle. These projects include new vendor onboarding, acquisitions, reporting, and systems updates and implementations. Works with IT, and all areas of finance and Revenue Cycle to streamline and support processes improvement. Identifies and recommends opportunities to capture data for multiple revenue cycle systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages projects, which support Revenue Cycle which may include coordination of acquisitions of new locations, new system and new vendors.
• Access complex data from various sources to compile reports for leadership. Trains end users to access data, its use and understand reports. Prepares data comparisons and analyzes data to present key conclusions. Develop effective AR and financial analysis targeting problematic payers in each facility.
• Works with the IT department to ensure that data transfers and testing occur for all systems. Coordinates the integration of systems between locations.
• Coordinates the introduction of new vendors to the Revenue Cycle. Works with the vendors and our internal departments to ensure a smooth transition. Responsibilities include setting up tables, invoicing procedures, and communication in the department. Creates and distributes reports which capture vendor performance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors’ Degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or other related discipline is preferred.
  
• 3 years increasingly responsible experience in Revenue Cycle with a focus on systems and vendor management
