    Chief of Staff career opportunity for a proactive, organized, and strategic professional to join our start up client’s team.

     

    This is a hybrid work opportunity with in person/office work in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion and experience in CPG, specifically food + beverage, as well as creator-led brands.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping to drive critical decision-making processes and ensure alignment across teams and projects.
    • Work on company's most critical issues: product development, international expansion, team growth, and more.
    • Manage strategic initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the CEO, bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
    • Facilitate effective decision-making by the CEO and the executive team across multiple functions: supply chain, strategy, finance, international, sales, marketing, and people.
    • Oversee the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive team meetings, brand decks, market insights, and more.
    • Drive operational efficiency by developing and overseeing the implementation of processes and procedural infrastructure.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in strategic roles within the CPG industry or consulting, with a strong preference for experience in growth-stage startups and the food industry.
    • Proven track record of effective leadership and project management skills.
    • Strong understanding of the digital consumer flywheel, the creator economy, and company's audience specifically.
    • Exceptional problem-solving capability, communication, and proactive mindset.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Financial modeling skills.
    • Fast-paced, high-growth experience is a must.
