    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team at Swamp Rabbit Moving and Storage in Simpsonville, SC. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse and storage vaults as well as supporting the movers in the field when needed. This role is also responsible for making sure all outbound storage jobs are staged and ready and that empty vaults are ready when inbound jobs arrive. The role is critical in making sure the fleet is maintained and repaired quickly to minimize downtime of available equipment. This role is also relied on for keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. If you have the dedication and problem-solving skills necessary to excel in this position, please apply today! Responsibilities: • Maintain proper inventory levels on all packing and moving materials • Load-pack supplies for next-day pack jobs • Maintain a safe and organized environment throughout the warehouse • Manage repair of damaged items • Support moving staff in the field as needed • Ensure all storage items are properly packed, tracked, and inventoried • All storage inventory is checked both on the incoming and outgoing jobs • Assist the Ops manager in maintaining and repairing the fleet as needed • Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • Warehouse Management experience is a plus • Strong organizational, problem-solving solving and communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Relentlessly positive • Eager to do whatever is needed to help anyone in need • Consistently looking for ways to improve processes • Willingness to champion the mission, vision, and core values of SRM • Certified forklift operator or ability to be certified • Critical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to both moving and office staff • Superior organizational skills • General knowledge of vehicle maintenance is ideal Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
