    Swanson and Associates is seeking an organized Personal Assistant in real estate, (preferably licensed) well-organized and efficient to streamline all efforts of our real estate team to increase productivity. You will be assisting Janicke Swanson and 4 other agents on the real estate team. You must be patient, flexible, and a jack-of-all-trades. Responsibilities: • Manage client database filing and upkeep • Promoting and marketing our brand consistently • Prepare for client appointments-creating and sending Pre Entry forms for Covid and emailing them to all parties prior to appointments, • Schedule and confirm showing appointments • Create and send out closing gifts, write personal notes and address envelopes. • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar, manage and create content for all social media accounts, prepare presentations, enhance our social media presence • Maintain and update our web presence • Devise and maintain office filing system, for email contacts and CRM contacts, handle requests and queries appropriately and timely • Create and help finalize marketing letters and promotions, help create flyers and postcards, printing, take mailers and packages to the US postal office • Create and facilitate monthly email Newsletter • Some personal and business errands, installing and picking up lockboxes, installing sign riders, filling flyer boxes. "In the fieldwork" also includes meeting home inspectors, termite inspectors, various vendors, and contractors. Qualifications: • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and web/phone applications • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to communicate with clients effectively • Ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, data entry, and management-level clerical skills • Ideal candidates will have a real estate license or be interested in obtaining a real estate license • Must be savvy on social media, and know-how to shoot a video, reels, use apps to edit such as Canva Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
