Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement and downloads of an online social gaming app targeted at adult males. This role also requires that the Social Media Manager identifies, builds, and nurtures relationships within the social channel community and writes content with a relaxed, fun and relatable voice. Responsibilities: - Build and post online content to create relevant online conversations including trending hashtags and topics related to the product. - Oversee all social media accounts and create and upload one-three posts on each media account per week (examples are Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok). - Monitor and respond to comments on social media accounts in a timely manner. Requirements: - Currently getting a degree in marketed or social media field. - Experience with both scheduling and posting both advertisements and online content via social media. - Self-motivated creative thinker who feels comfortable making up content relevant to the app and posting it. - Talented at using social media to create conversations and get people talking about this app. - The nature of the app requires a person with a sense of humor who feels comfortable creating and making jokes and funny content. Job Information: - This is a contracted role which requires minimum of 5 hours work a week. Max 15 hours per week. $25/hour. No benefits included. - Work hours are completely flexible and can be done at a time that is most convenient for the employee. One 30-minute status meeting per week with Employer at flexible hours. - No commitments over public or personal holidays and vacation. - This position is not expected to manage the app itself nor manage the app website.
