LOOKING FOR COFFEE GEEKS!
SWEET MARIA'S COFFEE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 25 YEARS, SOURCING SMALL LOTS OF SPECIALTY COFFEE BEANS AND MAKING THEM AVAILABLE TO HOME COFFEE ROASTERS. WE ALSO PROVIDE AN EXTENSIVE ONLINE COFFEE LIBRARY AND SUPPORT NEW AND EXPERIENCED HOME ROASTERS. OUR BUSINESS IS MAINLY ONLINE, BUT WE HAVE A SMALL WELL VENTILATED RETAIL SPACE CONNECTED TO OUR WAREHOUSE WHERE YOU WOULD BE WORKING. WE CURRENTLY HAVE LIMITED IN-PERSON RETAIL HOURS AND ALL CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS.
SWEET MARIA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS AN HOURLY, FULL-TIME POSITION WITH COMPETITIVE WAGES, HEALTH INSURANCE, DENTAL COVERAGE, PAID VACATION, SICK TIME, HOLIDAY PAY, 401K, AND PROFIT-SHARING. HOURS ARE FROM MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 9AM - 5PM.

ONLINE ORDER PROCESSING
CREATE POSTAGE
CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS - ANSWERING BREWING, ROASTING, AND GREEN COFFEE QUESTIONS VIA EMAIL AND PHONE
ANSWER PHONES
KEEP RETAIL SPACE CLEAN AND STOCKED
HELP CUSTOMERS WITH WALK-IN AND PICK UP ORDERS
TROUBLESHOOTING : PROCESS RETURNS & RESHIPPING
TECH: COMPUTER LITERATE A MUST & EXPERIENCE WITH: G SUITE, MAGENTO, SHIPSTATION PREFERABLE
ABILITY TO LIFT 30 -60 LBS AND USE A HAND TRUCK.
LIGHT CLEANING DUTIES.
TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKOUT AND WEBSITE ISSUES WITH CUSTOMERS.
