Responsibilities: • Strong familiarity with federal and state rules of procedure • Possess excellent writing skills; and be comfortable taking depositions • Briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and preparing for and conducting examinations at trial Qualifications: • Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred • Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly
