Job Description

The regional manager is tasked with leading a geographic area of Los Angeles, San Diego and orange county  with the intent of ensuring the individual units’ success. Specifically, the regional manager oversees and mentors the general managers in the areas of hospitality, product integrity and consistency, finance, training and recruiting, systems adherence, marketing, facilities, and company culture. At the corporate level, the area manager is expected to conduct weekly operations meetings with the general managers, to summarize and present the results of their area at the weekly corporate roundtable, develop and implement action plans for deficient units, participate in outside events, assist with new store openings (in and outside of their area), and generally support the growth and success of Sweetfin. Regional managers will take the lead in opening new units and ensure that SOPS are effective and maintained.
