Job Title: Sales Representative

Scope: Responsible for all sales activities within an assigned territory. Collaborates with the sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and long-term account objectives aligned with the company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing accounts and secure orders.

Cultivate strong professional relationships with each account to enhance service levels and uphold the company's reputation.

Conduct regular inventory checks, ensuring product freshness by implementing effective rotation strategies.

Manage out-of-code products promptly to ensure an optimal consumer experience.

Collaborate with accounts to place orders, introduce new products, and identify opportunities for optimal selling positions.

Maximize points of distribution for approved products in coordination with accounts.

Execute promotions and actively contribute to chain store resets.

Keep management informed through daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and providing insightful recommendations to management.

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Fulfill other duties as assigned by the District Manager.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, reach, and communicate. Occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, or crawling may be required. Regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

Strong verbal communication skills.

Excellent written communication skills are preferred.

Ability to handle pressure and stressful situations with a clear head.

Professional appearance with a teamwork-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
