Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea has a strong brand and is a dynamic Ann Arbor company that is growing. We are a local growing coffeehouse focused on providing an excellent customer experience. We currently have 13 locations and continue to open locations across the nation.
Position Description:
Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, positive, and diligent individual that can work independently and also equally enjoys working within a close knit team.
The administrative assistant/project management assistant will work with a fast-paced corporate office team assisting with administrative tasks and various projects.
This is an entry level, part-time position starting at $12/hour or based on experience. This position can grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Enrolled in a 4 year college or a Bachelors degree
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to create Excel spreadsheets
Fast learner
Able to multi-task
Detail oriented
Accurate
Able to meet deadlines
Effective communicator
Excellent writing skills
Loves to work with people
Willing to change direction at a moments notice
Loves coffee and/or tea
