Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is looking for a Barista/Office Assistant that can assist in management projects.You must enjoy working with a team of people.
Responsibilities include for Barista
Maintain proper cash handling and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Ensure prepared coffee, tea and espresso drinks are continually tested and always of highest quality.
Keep café clean and organized.
Educate customers and staff on types of coffee, teas and espressos carried.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Extraordinary customer interaction skills, always solution oriented with customers.
Responsibilities include for Office Assistant
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (including email, memos, letters, faxes and forms)
• Proficient in Google and MS Office, including Excel & Word. Advanced in Excel is a plus • Accounting experience is a plus
• Broad set of administrative and clerical tasks, such as providing support to our managers and clients, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities

Requirements:
One year or more of working admin experience.
The ability to multi-task, be forward thinking and work in a fast-paced environment as a self starter.
The ability to work independently, work on many projects at once, and be able to change focus as needed.
The ability to work well under pressure, take directions, and work well as part of a team.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Proven leadership skills.
High energy level.
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office within a PC environment.
An interest in the food and hospitality field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write inspiring, fun, and grammatically correct copy.
A sense of humor with an easy going yet driven personality.
Hours will generally be M-F with some possible weekends or after hours events.
