    We are seeking a Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to work with a personal injury attorney in St. George, Utah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience working in a law firm setting. The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the law firm, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing financial guidance to the attorney. Compensation is Negotiable depending on experience. Responsibilities: • Oversee the financial operations of the law firm, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and cash flow • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements • Monitor and manage the firm's cash flow and investments • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions • Provide financial analysis and guidance to the attorney on all financial matters • Manage the firm's accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, with experience in a law firm preferred • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders • Strong leadership and management skills Compensation: $17 - $25 hourly
