  • Responsibilities

    Surgo Health is hiring an experienced Vice President of Product Strategy.

    This is the right role for you if you are passionate about building B2B data analytics products that answer tough questions in healthcare, with an initial specific focus in pharma. You will report to the CEO and work closely with her and the rest of the leadership team. As a product leader for an early stage startup, you will be critical in owning the road map and building it from the ground up working closely with the leadership team. You bring a creative and results driven approach to building strategic client partnerships to advance our product roadmap. This is both a strategic role and an implementation role as you build the product vision and function for the company. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. We focus on data-driven tools, monetized datasets, and data-heavy consulting services.

    ● Launch and grow products

    ● Lead product vision and strategy

    ● Own and drive the execution

    ● Translate product strategy into detailed requirements

    ● Create iterative product strategy

    ● Analyze market data to develop sales strategies

    Qualifications

    ● Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives

    ● Experience with data and analytics products in healthcare

    ● US healthcare market expert and deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and buy products

    ● Experience in pharma preferred

    ● Relationship driven sales approach, a collaborative mindset

    ● Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise in developing data, analytics, and AI products in the healthcare space

    ● A deep appreciation of design and good design being a key differentiating factor of strong product

    ● Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in product design, engineering, business, or related field a plus

    ● 12+ years of experience in product management
