    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The National Account Executive will be a sales resource for INBRACE in his/her regional territory and will perform all duties of the consultative sales and training process for our customers.  This will include such activities as initial consultative sales, lead generation activities to build sales funnel, certification and training for Doctor and staff, ongoing clinical training for Doctor and staff, and sales training for Treatment Coordinator.    The primary goals of this position are to meet sales goals, build the appropriate funnel for future customer acquisition, and ensure ongoing success of the INBRACE solution for all customers.  The role will report to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience, and be engaged in ongoing funnel and strategic discussions with him on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.   

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execution of INBRACE Success Journey
    • Partnering with our Clinical Success Trainers and Customer Support Specialist for execution of the INBRACE Success Journey
    • Sales Funnel – Lead Generation and Territory Management – Weekly 1:1 Reviews with VP of Sales  
    • INBRACE Value Prop Selling Story Mastery – Understanding and mastering the value of a true consultative sales process for our customers.  This will include characteristics of Integrity Selling, as well as positioning our product as a valuable Business Solution for a practice.
    • Doctor Certification and Training – Ensuring that each Doctor has access to a full certification experience and performs all subsequent training for the clinician in the office.  This includes a Clinical Training session to initiate the first two cases.
    • Staff Training – Ensuring that each Office Staff Member (and one key influencer) has access to a full training experience, as well as subsequent training for the clinician in the office.  This includes a Clinical Training session to initiate the first two cases.
    • Treatment Coordinator Training – Spending valuable consulting time with the Treatment Coordinator in the practice to ensure their successful sales demonstration and mastery for their patients.  This includes the sales script training, as well as the ability to incorporate all sales demos and aids into their pitch to the patient.  
    • Manage Customer Data through CRM/Salesforce (or the appropriate tracking mechanisms put in place by commercial leadership at the time) - This includes Funnel Lead Generation activities such as Social Media Campaigns, CE Courses, Component Meetings, E-Selling, and all other Digital Lead Campaigns driven by INBRACE.
    • Customer Support and Follow Up – Ensuring that each participating office is a part of your regular call cycle to ensure ongoing success, and to trouble shoot any potential concerns or questions that the team might have.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    This position requires an individual with:

    • Self-motivated approach, with a strong desire to grow as a sales professional.  Must be coachable and have a willingness to be a valued teammate. (Orthodontic Sales Experience Preferred)
    • Aptitude and willingness to learn, grow, and adapt as a consultative seller.  (Experience or Training Preferred)
    • Aptitude to learn and utilize a CRM based management system
    • College degree in Business Discipline or related field, or equivalent experience
    • Intermediate computer skills: CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email systems.
    • Must be willing and able up to travel up to 60-80% of the time domestically. Person is willing and able to travel by air on commercial airlines, as well as by taxi, train, and bus.
    • Also, must occasionally work weekends at conventions/CE events.
    • Must have strong interpersonal relationship experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must reside in the territory boundaries. Location must have Sales Management’s approval.
    • Strong team player with an excellent work ethic.
