Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to help us broaden our audience and educate the public on our products and services. In this role, you will serve as the face and voice of our company to our vendors and at events, describing the benefits of carrying our products and subscribing to our services. You must have a professional demeanor at all times, especially when talking with vendors or customers. When necessary, you may also engage with customers on social media and other online platforms to increase our company's brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities. Brand Ambassador Duties and Responsibilities * Requires physical selling, i.e. face to face sales and closing deals * High focus on developing and nurturing strong client relationships * Develop marketing posts about our products and services * In the future we expect our Brand Ambassador to represent our service at Trade Shows * Generate, share, and reply to online reviews in a positive and open manner * Oversee online comments and respond appropriately; forward to the marketing department as needed * Analyze tracking to suggest advertising and positioning concepts * Provide feedback to the marketing and product departments regarding customers' insights and questions * Track and generate reports on competitors' marketing activities Brand Ambassador Requirements and Qualifications * Previous work experience as an Ambassador, Sales Professional promoter, influencer or another similar role * Solid social media presence on multiple platforms, with above-average followers * Documented success in creating targeted SEO-friendly online content * Strong working knowledge of scheduling tools for social media such as Hootsuite * Outstanding communication skills * Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality
