Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children? Dallas Swim Kids is looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Swim Instructors to join our team!

Our instructors help children ages 6 months to 13 years develop life-saving water safety skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals in a fun and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Teach engaging swim lessons using the Dallas Swim Kids curriculum

Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment

Provide exceptional customer service to families

Celebrate student progress and build swimmer confidence

Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Work collaboratively with a supportive team

Qualifications

Swimming Skills

Ability to swim at least 25 meters using:

Freestyle

Backstroke

Breaststroke

Butterfly

Strong water safety awareness

Experience & Requirements

Experience working with children preferred

CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

WSI certification is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, patient, and encouraging attitude

Reliable and team-oriented

Ability to pass a background check
