About the Role:

Join the SafeSplash Lakewood and Englewood team as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard and make a splash in the lives of our students! We are looking for Enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about teaching swimming and ensuring water safety in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct swim lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance swimming skills.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during lessons.

Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pool area.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve teaching techniques.

Promote a positive learning environment that fosters confidence and enjoyment in swimming.

Requirements:

Current CPR and First Aid certification required.

Experience in teaching swimming or a background in aquatics preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for swimming and a commitment to student success.

Must be at least 16 years old and able to swim proficiently.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
