Typical Hours

Weekday Afternoons/Evenings: 3:30–7:30/8:00 PM Weekends: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM

What You'll Do

Teach swim lessons using our approved curriculum

Teach swimming skills and water safety

Create a fun, positive, and encouraging learning environment

Keep students safe and engaged throughout each lesson

Communicate with families and fellow team members

Participate in staff training and in-service sessions

We're Looking For people who are:

Friendly, energetic, and dependable

Great with children

Positive and encouraging

Comfortable working in a fast-paced pool environment

Willing to learn and receive training

Previous swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, camp, or childcare experience is a plus—but not required! CPR/First Aid/ or Lifeguard certified a plus!
