At British Swim School, we teach more than swimming—we help children and adults gain confidence, learn water safety, and develop a life-saving skill.
As a Swim Instructor, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to teach students of all ages, celebrate their progress, and make a lasting impact in your community. No prior swim teaching experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Your Typical Responsibilities:
Follow British Swim Schools curriculum to ensure safe and competent lessons.
Establish and maintain relationships with students’ parents and/or guardians.
Teach British Swim School lessons with encouragement and positive reinforcement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Swim instruction or aquatic experience (minimum of 1 year)
Ability to instruct swimming lessons within a structured program.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Willing to undergo a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Comfortable in and around the water. Previous swimming experience.
Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) preferred but not required; will consider training.
Experience working with children.
