Water You Wading For Swim School is seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Trainer to join our dynamic swim school team. The Curriculum Trainer will be responsible for assisting in designing, developing, and overseeing the educational and instructional curriculum for all swim levels, ensuring consistency, safety, and the highest quality of swim instruction. This role requires a blend of education expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of swimming techniques and teaching methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, staff training, and a commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Paid training of Water You Wading For's curriculum.
**Key Responsibilities:
Instructor Training & Support:**
* Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing swim instructors, ensuring they are well-versed in the curriculum, teaching techniques, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
**
Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Science, Recreation, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or curriculum development role within a swim school or related aquatic program. * Strong knowledge of swim instruction methods, aquatic safety, and the developmental stages of swimmers.
Skills & Abilities: * Proven experience in curriculum design and educational program management. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of instructors. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to assess student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training (preferred).
