Are you passionate about working with kids? Four-Time Olympic Gold Medalist Lenny Krayzelburg is looking for you to help teach children of all ages a life-saving skill.

We are looking for reliable, responsible individuals with high energy and enthusiasm. Previous teaching experience and a swimming background are not necessary; however, the ability to connect with children is a MUST. Check out our website at www.swimrightacademy.com.

We offer consistent, long-term, part-time employment. After training, you would start out teaching about 15-18 hours per week.

No traveling! No scheduling responsibilities! No unknown pools or chemicals! Our state-of-the-art facility is a joy to work at!

Hours are generally weekday afternoons 3pm - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm and Sunday 8:30am - 2pm. Commitment to at least one consistent weekend day is required. Limited morning shifts may also be available. Shifts can be set up to fit your needs but once established, they do not change.

We use an innovative teaching style called the SwimRight Method©. Successful applicants will be required to complete approximately 40 hours of training in this Method at our indoor pool located in the back of the Westside JCC.

Salary is $14/hr after paid training with monthly bonuses and plenty of opportunities for a raise in the future.

SwimRight Academy is located in the Mid-Wilshire District in West LA.

CPR certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days; Lifeguard certification is beneficial as more hours may be available for a qualified guard.
