SwimRight Academy is looking for Call Center Customer Service Representatives for our Support Center.
This position is for the best of the best in customer service! We are looking for reliable, responsible people who are self-motivated and capable of taking the initiative to handle a variety of responsibilities. We need someone who provides excellent customer service to our clients, greeting them with a friendly, welcoming demeanor at all times. Team members who work in this position are responsible for handling all communication with the thousands of families that swim with us in the greater Los Angeles area!
Requirements:
At least one 1 year call center experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous experience with scheduling software (or ability to learn)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in an organized and analytical
Team player who takes constructive criticism well
Great customer service skills including professional phone and e-mail etiquette
QWERTY keyboard knowledge along with a typing speed of at least 45 wpm
Main Responsibilities:
Assists in answering clients' questions in person, over the phone, and via our chat and text platforms
Handles high incoming call volume, while multi-tasking
Communicates with interested families about how the program works and the importance of swim lessons
Handles financial transactions
This is a long-term position with part-time hours and room for growth.
All staff are required to work at least 1 weekend day. Starting hours are approximately 20-30 hours per week.
