Epic Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team. This is a position focused on dig, layout and steel of new construction swimming pools.

What You'll Do:

Assist with dig, layout and steel of new pool builds

Perform general site prep and cleanup

Operate small tools and equipment

Help with plumbing, steel, and concrete prep as needed

Load/unload materials and ensure tools are kept clean and organized

Support the crew leads and learn through hands-on experience

Represent Epic Pools professionally on job sites and with clients

What We're Looking For:

Dependability and strong communication skills

Desire to grow within the company

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience in swimming pool construction
