Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for servicing residential and/or commercial swimming pools, ensuring proper cleaning, maintenance of equipment, and balanced water chemistry. No prior experience is required — we provide full training for all job responsibilities.

A company truck fully stocked with pool supplies and chemicals will be provided for daily routes.

Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain swimming pools on assigned service routes Test and balance pool water chemistry daily Maintain proper chemical levels and record readings on log sheets Inspect, clean, and maintain pool filters, pumps, and related equipment Identify potential equipment issues and report findings Safely handle and transport pool chemicals Communicate professionally with customers regarding service and pool conditions Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order

Requirements: Valid driver’s license in the State of Florida Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Ability to safely handle pool chemicals Ability to speak English and communicate effectively with customers Must pass a background check free from convictions related to theft, larceny, fraud, or drug charges Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
