We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team of Swimming Pool Maintenance Technicians. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and want to be part of a company that values professionalism, customer service, and growth — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Drive a company vehicle to residential pool sites across the Houston area

Perform pool maintenance tasks: brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and balancing water chemistry

Inspect and report on pool equipment and water quality

Communicate with customers and office staff about service or needed repairs

Follow safety procedures and company protocols

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physically able to lift equipment and move around pool areas

Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Prior pool experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!

You must live within 30 minutes of our Houston office due to the driving demands of the role.
