    Position Overview :

    In this position the Pricing Analyst will provide proposal pricing and salary data analysis, cost buildups, and produce proposal pricing volumes in support of Swingtech new business pursuits.

    Responsibilities :

    • Capture and analyze salary survey data using salary survey tools such as Salary.com and Bureau of Labor Statics (BLS) data to produce proposal pricing buildups
    • Develop price to win scenarios based on competitive market analysis data
    • Analyze incumbent contract values to determine price to win values
    • Develop proposal pricing buildups and pricing (business) volumes for submission
    • Assist capture managers with preliminary pricing data analysis
    • Maintain and sanitize Swingtech’s BD, Capture, and Proposal sites to create new opportunity subfolders as well as archive aged data

    Required Qualifications and Skills :

    • Must be a U.S. citizen.
    • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
    • Must have a strong work ethic.
    • Must be a self-starter.
    • Must be able to work autonomously.
    • Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
    • Ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple proposal pricing efforts with competing priorities and meet proposal deadlines.
    • Expert knowledge in the following computer skills:
      • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Teams)
      • Spreadsheets (Excel- pivot tables, comparative analysis of pricing and salary data)
