Position Overview :
In this position the Pricing Analyst will provide proposal pricing and salary data analysis, cost buildups, and produce proposal pricing volumes in support of Swingtech new business pursuits.
Responsibilities :
- Capture and analyze salary survey data using salary survey tools such as Salary.com and Bureau of Labor Statics (BLS) data to produce proposal pricing buildups
- Develop price to win scenarios based on competitive market analysis data
- Analyze incumbent contract values to determine price to win values
- Develop proposal pricing buildups and pricing (business) volumes for submission
- Assist capture managers with preliminary pricing data analysis
- Maintain and sanitize Swingtech’s BD, Capture, and Proposal sites to create new opportunity subfolders as well as archive aged data
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be able to work autonomously.
- Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
- Ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple proposal pricing efforts with competing priorities and meet proposal deadlines.
- Expert knowledge in the following computer skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Teams)
- Spreadsheets (Excel- pivot tables, comparative analysis of pricing and salary data)
