Position: Change Manager (Active Secret Clearance required)
Location: Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
? Manage, facilitate, and participate in Enterprise Change Management from an architectural level, including the management of Architecture-related Governance Boards
? Coordinate with various stakeholders at all levels to include Senior Leadership and IT project teams
? Demonstrate understanding of complex IT Governance processes and suggest and implement process improvements
? Facilitate or present at Senior Leadership meetings
? Exercise strong organizational skills in managing the pipeline of change management requests
? Build and foster relationships with technical experts and leadership to drive to resolution on technical issues
? Serve as liaison with CIO senior management, internal and external standards boards, and architecture working groups to understand potential impacts of architecture industry trends to existing architecture frameworks, work priorities, and architecture maturity
? Leverage high-level understanding of technical areas like Cloud, Applications, Services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Security, Enterprise Information Management, Application Modernization, Tools, Plug-ins etc.
Requirements:
? BA/BS and at least 5 years of experience in IT governance
? Demonstrated understanding of IT Change Management at an Architecture level.
? At least 3 years of experience lead or contributing to IT Governance Boards
? Excellent communication and organizational
? Experience recommending and implementing IT Governance process improvements
Nice to Have Skills:
? Understanding of ServiceNow (beyond an end-user) is highly desired.
? Understanding of federal IT standards and mandates
? Conversant with Agile development methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
? Experience and understanding of international development with some background in the international space or with companies that are involved or connected in some way with international projects.
