We are seeking an FM SharePoint Administrator to work in cooperation with a Government Information Technology Directorate.

    Position Overview:

    In this position, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist will provide administrative and technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) services to the Human Resources office. Provide civilian human resources services in multiple functional areas including staff recruitment and hiring, on-boarding processes, business workflows, position management, performance management, security management. Ensure implementation of human resources programs, which are responsive to the needs of management and employees of the Agency. Ensure adherence to applicable Agency and federal regulations and implementing procedures and guidance.

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinates with the Government HR Lead/Team on the following duties:

    • Classifies general schedule and wage grade positions at all grade levels by doing desk audits, drafting and/or updating position descriptions in coordination with supervisors, and applying classification standards in accordance with regulation and guidelines.
    • Reviews and approves personnel actions in the Agency’s automated payroll/personnel system Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS). Works with other human resources to ensure the timely completion of the processing of personnel actions. Reviews the work of lower-level Human Resources Specialists for technical accuracy and completeness.
    • Collaborates with Information Technology (IT) personnel with expertise in Intranet and web-based services to create and/or maintain (internal) websites for the organization, storage, and/or processing of HR workflows in support of (ISO) Federal business process and rules to accomplish administrative tasks for processing personnel actions for new, exciting, and transitioning Agency Federal Team members.
    • Processes Personnel for Security Screening and/or Government Clearances coordinating with Federal and/or Department of Defense Officials. Required skills to navigate, federal systems for security clearances and background investigations in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, processes, procedures, and best practices. The contractor must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities comparable to that of a fully successful GS-11 federal employee in the 0201 (human resources management) federal job series.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • Five (5) years’ experience in the specific areas listed in the Federal HR Operations above scope of duties.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently under the direction of the coordinating Government HR Lead/Team
    • Proven proficiency in spoken and written English at a professional level.
    • Experience working in a multicultural/multi-generational environment.

    Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

    Clearance Level:

    • Must be a U.S. citizen.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
