    Position Summary:

    Swingtech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst I who will be responsible for performing analysis and providing advice to the customer on the effectiveness and productivity of operations in support of the day-to-day operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists the customer by advising on the potential benefits/uses of tools to improve the efficiency of administrative support.
    • Evaluating and advising on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, forms, files, and documentation.
    • Develop new or modified administrative procedures and methodology.
    • perform management surveys to determine compliance with agency regulations, procedures and sound management practices.
    • Manage the activities of the office to include performing a variety of clerical and reception duties to include but not limited to prepares reports, copies documents, compiles data, updates record, manages INS/PM/AVC Conference Rooms, research and updates telephone directories, orders supplies for Office personnel.
    • Manages the office schedule, ensures proper security protocols are followed, prepares correspondence, and operates a PC, copier, FAX, scanner, and other shared office equipment.
    • The incumbent receives and directs calls, answers questions, opens and distributes mail, greets, and assists visitors, and provides support in carrying out special projects, initiatives, and/or actions.
    • Assists with the planning, coordinating, developing, and implementing various operations policies and procedures.
    • Incumbent gathers information in support of the Director’s request; and other miscellaneous assignments.
    • The incumbent provides assistance to the Bureaus Front Offices when needed.
    • The incumbent is responsible for typing various memos, emails, and entering information into data bases.
    • Interfaces with Bureau Principals and supports miscellaneous audit requests.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Must have a minimum of 2 years proving executive level support.
    • 5 years’ experience performing analysis of programs and operations.
    • Must have the ability to perform analytical work in an office setting.
    • Skill in written and oral communication.
    • The position requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner with officials in the Department.
    • Must have active Secret Clearance.
