    Job Description

    SwipeTrack Solutions is looking for a bright and talented Sales Account Executive to join our growing team!      DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Connect with potential B2B customers through emails, phone calls and virtual calls. 
    • Presenting introductions & demos the value of the XTrulink software product and services to prospective buyers. 
    • Prepare proposals to meet specific needs of the client and answer questions about XTrulink to include pricing. 
    • Negotiate and close deals of the sale with prospective customers. 
    • Research of potential clients to include pitching, cold calling, and utilization of multiple software applications. 
    • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met. 
    • Project collaboration with developers, warehousing, co-workers and senior leadership to ensure goals and needs are being met for clients throughout entire “build process.” 
    • Compiling and analyzing data to find business trends. 
    • Developing sales strategies and staying current on company offerings and industry trends. 
    • Building long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships with current and “post build” clients and internal staff to create a continuous harmonious working environment. 
    • Handling and facilitation of client issues, concerns or complaints and finding suitable resolutions in a timely, effective manner. 
    • Any and all other duties as assigned.

     

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in business, marketing or communication preferred. 
    • Must have 3+ years of sales experience with IT or software sales. 
    • Experience with relevant CRM and Pipedrive, Uplead, Freshdesk, Slack preferred. 
    • Must possess excellent technical skills and be comfortable with using web technologies. 
    • Personal drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. 
    • Industry knowledge in theme parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, specifically in technology or software is preferred. 
    • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process. 
    • Strong time management skills. 
    • Computer skills, especially MS office, Apple iOS, and CRM software. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
