    JOB DESCRIPTION: We are Hiring Immediately for Administrative Assistant positions in an exciting warehouse facility! Administrative Assistant is responsible for facilitating communications within an office and fielding interactions with the public. Their duties include answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings and providing personalized support for other employees in their office More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Work will entail
    • Assisting with the invoicing desk to email customers and preparing invoices for mailing
    • Emailing to our vendors paperwork as requested
    • Calculating and updating vendor costs in our system
    • Tracking and tracing shipments and updating notes in our system, emailing vendors as needed for updates
    • Assisting with data entry

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    FULL-TIME $17.00 - $20.00/HR, DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE

    SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 1st Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
