Swish is a marketing agency that works with international nonprofits to design and implement their fundraising initiatives. We are looking for highly-motivated individuals from various backgrounds, including marketing, communications, psychology, sales, business management, international relations, etc. The ideal candidates will join us in our mission to provide the most innovative fundraising experiences for our world-class nonprofit clients that are making a real impact around the world! Our goal is to drastically increase our client’s revenue while providing outstanding brand representation and exposure.

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Basics of face to face marketing for major nonprofit organizations
• Expand knowledge on client’s brand, mission, products, and services
• Add value to team training environments by remaining focused and challenging yourself and teammates in further developing skill sets
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining connection with potential customers
• Remain coachable and make adjustments following feedback from leadership
• Set ambitious sales targets and work hard to exceed them at daily marketing events
