    Inside Sales Representative - Appointment Setter

    Swish Advertising is a leading advertising agency based in New York, NY, specializing in creating innovative and impactful advertising solutions for our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help set appointments for our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, hardworking, and eager to earn substantial commission over $200,000 a year.

    As an Inside Sales Representative - Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by identifying and connecting with potential clients, setting up high-quality meetings for our CEO, and contributing to our business growth. You will be responsible for making a high volume of phone calls and utilizing tools like Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to identify and engage with potential clients.

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct 100 to 300 outbound sales calls daily to generate leads and schedule appointments for the CEO.
    - Utilize tools such as Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to identify and research potential clients.
    - Build and maintain a database of leads, keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
    - Engage in effective and persuasive communication to secure appointments with decision-makers.
    - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets.
    - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
    - Continuously update and improve your knowledge of the advertising industry and our services.
    - Track and report on your progress and results using our CRM system.
    - Maintain a strong work ethic and a relentless pursuit of success.

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is preferred.
    - Familiarity with sales tools such as Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce is a strong asset.
    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Tenacious and persistent with a "never take no for an answer" attitude.
    - Quick learner who can adapt to changing strategies and technologies.
    - Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Results-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
