  • Responsibilities

    Swish Maintenance Limited is currently looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team! The Content Marketing Coordinator will provide support across multiple projects and functions throughout the business with an opportunity to grow and contribute along the way. This role can be located remotely, however reasonable proximity to a Swish branch and the ability to attend meetings at a Swish office location is required.

    AREAS OF FOCUS

    Drafting content for various marketing initiatives, must have the experience/ability in professional writing in a marketing/advertising capacity.

    Working under deadline pressure and manage projects across multiple lines of business

    Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and vendor partners

    Identify market/industry trends & insights and optimize budget spend

    Understand customer buying journey: sales process, buying cycle, website navigation

    Willingness to learn about the business/industry and unique needs of business units

    Research, develop and implement plans for increasing brand awareness and sales leads

    Creative thinking in terms of content & asset development

    Assessing past and existing campaigns/initiatives to make recommendations for future efforts

    Responsible for producing content/copy that is in line with the voice & tone of the Swish brand and ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms

    Working with our Swish Clean-It® Centre retail outlets across Canada (retail marketing experience an asset)

    Understanding and advocating for the "voice of customer" in GTM and communication strategy development

    Other duties as assigned

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Post secondary education - Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field

    2-4 years of relevant experience

    Knowledge of brand management, project management and core marketing tactics

    Exceptional written and oral communication skills are a must

    Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Design, etc.) an asset

    Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

    WORKING ARRANGEMENT

    Hybrid/Majority work-from-home opportunity (must have reasonable proximity to a Swish branch)

    Occasional travel within Ontario
