With a role at Swish, you will have the opportunity to help deliver clean, safe and healthy living environments to all our customers. We are seeking a skilled, problem solving individual, whose primary responsibility will be to provide a high level of customer satisfaction through timely equipment service. This role will include performing repairs and planned maintenance of commercial equipment. You will be based out of the Ottawa branch and your territory will cover much of the Greater Ottawa Area.

Who You Are:

You are comfortable wearing many hats. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair equipment at the customers location. The job varies day-to-day, and you need to be comfortable jumping from task to task with ease. We can guarantee you’ll never be bored!Attention to Detail. You’ll need to be able to remember the different components of the equipment we service and will play a key part in making sure inventory, stock management and accurate invoices are completed.

You are able to prioritize. You are someone who likes to plan your own day and manage your territory to ensure all service calls, planned maintenance repairs and emergency repairs are completed in a timely manner.

Safety conscious! You ensure that you are working safely at all times and following all Swish Health and Safety policies including Customer site safety procedures and protocols.

The Experience We Need:

Commercial level of technical / mechanical knowledge such as small engine repair or automotive technician.

Clean drivers abstract – a company vehicle will be provided

Ability to perform basic math and problem solve

1 – 3 years previous experience an asset
