We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager – Strategic Accounts. In this position you will be working out of the Oakville and Whitby branches.
Who Are You?
You are a dedicated professional who will work to leverage your strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers as well as newly acquired customers.
You have strong communication skills, both written and oral. You enjoy hosting presentations and conducting demonstrations and you use them as great opportunities for you to shine and educate our customers on Swish solutions.
You are known for your integrity, vision and passion for sales which are essential success drivers in this role.
You are goal oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals. We are fast paced, so it’s important you are able to keep up and work well with our diverse team across our dynamic and ever-changing environment.
What is the role?
As the Junior Account Manager – Strategic Accounts, you will act as the first point of contact for the front line workers within the Strategic Accounts Base of customers. You will work with these front line customers and will present new solutions to them, troubleshoot and concerns. And look for opportunities to expand our business with them.
You will be tasked with completing the Strategic Account operational / administrative tasks each month, such as completing monthly inventory counts and placing product orders accordingly.
Through maintaining customer sales activity in CRM, you will develop sales plans for the assigned territory and customer base.
