Fleet Tracking and Telematics Installations - Part Time
Swish Maintenance Limited has been providing Telematics specialized fleet services (GEOTAB) for over 10 years. The person in the position will be responsible for performing installation, providing support and troubleshooting for GEOTAB products while also supporting our sales force and our customers. The timely handling of all installs are service related products, customer requests and service parts inventory are critical to the success of our organizations service/support goals.
Training will be provided to gain in-depth technical product knowledge of Geotab and other related services and products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety procedures, policies and rules.
Service existing and new customer installations of the GEOTAB GPS system
Email, phone and self-schedule incoming work requests by best fit to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate daily on opportunities, challenges & shortfalls with the GEOTAB Account Manager
Troubleshoot onsite issues at the customer's/IT department's request
Liaise with the customer's mechanics, field staff, fleet supervisors, administrators as required
Work order creation, documentation of service call/installation required
Order 3rd party supplies/parts/accessories as needed
Submit expenses/mileage on a monthly basis
Recommended Qualifications
Experience in heavy equipment, truck, car and aftermarket accessory installation
Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, air and mechanical systems and functionality
Vehicle diagnostic, wiring and repair a must
Comfortable with GMAIL, google sheets and web based applications is desired.
GEOTAB Online Installer Certification is preferrable
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract and reliable vehicle
