Position available:

SWISS LATHE MACHINIST - This position is responsible for producing machined parts by setting up and operating Swiss Machines; maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements for all positions:

Minimum of 2 years CNC Swiss Machinist experience required.

Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining and GD&T principles.

Perform offsets, tool changes, and adjustments to optimize production with minimal supervision.

Set up both legacy parts and new production orders to ensure stable and efficient machine operation.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure consistent machine performance and longevity.

Performing visual and dimensional inspections using equipment such as microscopes, micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, thread gauges, comparators, CMM, and vision systems is a plus.

Experience with Citizen A20 is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process specifications.

Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
