Job Summary

Join our team as a Field Service Engineer.  In this role, you'll work with state of the art Swiss and other CNC machine tool brands, performing installations, alignments, spindle replacements, maintenance, and repairs while building strong customer relationships. We equip you with the tools you need including a company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and covered gas expenses, so you can concentrate on excellence in service and turning customers into loyal advocates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day field service, including installations, alignments, spindle replacements, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Swiss and other CNC machine tools within the local market.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, providing sales support and basic training as needed.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically, aligning all actions with business standards.
• Take full ownership of service cases, projects, and related tasks, while maintaining accurate customer records and technical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and client needs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with any type of Swiss machine tool performing machine alignments, spindle replacements, Installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machine tools
• Strong repair skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with Fanuc Controls.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive package $40 - $50/hr designed to support your success, including company-provided tools and resources to minimize administrative burdens. Details can be discussed during the application process.

This is a field-based position covering a territory that is a 2.5 hour radius of your home.
