Position Available
CNC Swiss Operator
The ideal candidate will be proficient in setup, programming, and operation of CNC Swiss machines and able to work with minimal supervision. This position involves producing precision components with tight tolerances.
Responsibilities
Operate Swiss-style (Citizen) CNC lathes to produce the required number of accurate parts according to process documentation. This may include operating multiple machines simultaneously.
Set up jobs on assigned equipment accurately and on time.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, gauges, and CMM equipment according to process documentation.
Perform data collection and communication tasks in our ERP system.
Perform routine operator maintenance.
Diagnose and correct equipment or tooling issues.
Perform deburring or rework on work-in-process parts as needed.
All positions are day shift with a flexible start time of 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM.
