THE DAILY:

• Deliver strategically sound conceptual thinking and high-quality copywriting across all Swivl's channels (print, digital, social media, product, naming, etc.).
• Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
• Collaborate with creative, product, customer success, and professional learning to assess project needs and help with messaging
• Drive brand consistency across all Swivl communications
• Work with creative to implement brand tone of voice guidelines
• Stay current on education trends and competitors

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 3+ years experience in copywriting and/or content marketing
• Experience writing for the k-12 education industry is a plus
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced education startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
• A high-level storyteller with strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think conceptually
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a consistent eye for language, flow, and grammar
• Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
• Collaborative across internal teams to turn ideas into action
• Strong attention to detail
