Job Description
A top multinational consumer credit reporting company is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to join their team!
This is a high-level EA position as you will be supporting VPs
A 6-month contract that is fully onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
The qualifications include:
3-4 years experience required. 2+ years of those must be in an executive support capacity.
Superior computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), expense reporting systems, and travel booking systems
Capability to work closely with Executive Assistants from other business units and all regions around the world
Strong knowledge of international administrative issues - travel, time zones, appointment scheduling, and expense/currency reconciliation
Team player with team-building skills
Essential duties include:
Coordinate travel for Executives, including high demand and complex international travel
Prepare status reports, executive and budget presentations, and other materials by collecting and synthesizing information (eg. Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
Prepare standing and ad-hoc meetings as requested by Executives and Executive staff. Coordinate any logistical requirements (projector, supplies, easels, meals, refreshments, etc.).
Schedule appointments and meticulously maintain calendars for Executives
Prepare and submit expense reports for Executives, ensuring all reimbursements are quickly processed and balanced against expense submissions
A lot of calendar management, will be managing 3 to 5 VP calendars
