    Job Description

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HRIS ANALYST FOR A 10 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE IN SAN JOSE FOR OUR TECH CLIENT! 

    Our client is looking to hire an HRIS Analyst to support the successful delivery of HR projects and services. Reporting to the Director HRIS, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting and providing system support, and maintaining data quality.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain HRIS Workday system and other client HR applications and tools.
    • Provide HRIS admin support for system configuration, integrations, reporting and security.
    • Document, troubleshoot and resolve HR systems issues.
    • Provide QA support on system launches, enhancements and other system changes/fixes.
    • Triage and resolve Level 2 HR applications tickets.
    • Provide user training and enablement on HR applications and tools.
    • Perform system audits and fulfill compliance requests.
    • Execute system uploads and audits.
    • Manage regression testing for Workday releases.
    • Create/enhance HR ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
    • Maintain systems security and access changes.
    • Partner with HR, Payroll and IT teams to ensure data accuracy.
    • Create systems documentation and user/process guides.
    • Update BPs and configure Workday as per business need.
    • Data conversion and mass update worker data.
    • Create and execute system test cases.
    • Debug and fix system issues.
    • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Workday HCM
    • BP Configuration
    • EIBs
    • 2-4 years relevant work experience
    • 2-3 years hands-on experience working with and maintaining HR systems.
    • Working knowledge of Workday is required
